About Quantum:
Quantum is a Group of companies located in London, ranging from an elite high-level security consultancy that provides technology to key UK government buildings, to an FCA regulated company that partners with the likes of Monzo and Starling Bank providing automated cashback to its >58,000 users. It is a fast-paced innovator made up of talented individuals who are each empowered to make key contributions to the Group’s success.
This role will be solely focused on one of the subsidiaries in the Group called Tail, which is an innovative automated cashback platform with bank partners including Monzo and Starling Bank and >55,000 users. Tail works with retailers to offer real-time exclusive cashback offers to its users, where the cashback process is fully handled by our system at the point of sale. Quantum has recently fully acquired Tail and is looking to build the new core team that will drive the business forward, so it’s an exciting time to join us.
At Quantum, you’ll join a highly ambitious team of skilled individuals who love to collaborate and challenge one another to produce the best result possible.
About this role:
This is a hands-on position where you will need to be able to maintain and build upon the current Tail codebase. You will work closely with the Managing Director of Tail, along with the CTO of Quantum, to put together the development roadmap and then execute the roadmap accordingly. In this fast-paced environment, you will work smartly and efficiently to come up with the right solutions to the problems at hand. As the team grows, it is expected that you will step into more of a lead engineer role.
We are looking for confident self-starters who will disrupt our normal way of working and improve our way of doing things. If you have a passion for software development and problem solving, this is the job for you.
